@RyRhyme1 Undeniable, the minds often unreliable. Liable and viable, for a someone certifiable.

@not_Fett_Ju_no It doesn’t necessarily matter, but awareness should be prioritised. Here is a list of sayings:

@not_Fett_Ju_no I’m not 100% sure what you are trying to say, I’m an English man, living in England with other English people.

@JerrickNaylor Definitely, (whether I compress it, is questionable) but the overarching point should be of a beneficial message, something worth reading. That’s my perspective.

100% walking, meditating, working (heavy lifting especially), all very ‘non-dual’ activities, everything has to be balanced and nourishing for the soul. A simple hesychasm, ‘lord, have mercy on me a sinner’ that’s the primary one in orthodoxy. Whilst these are still just ideas, they do affect the ‘Intermatic’ (internal automatic) workings of the soul and body, and whatever else can become stimulated. Thanks for sharing, haven’t heard of Loyola (unless you’re on about lolita, and I’m solely in it for the movie soundtrack), I will have a look.

@You_R_What_U_Is Alan Watt is great stuff, listened to a couple of his albums (am I thinking of Bob Dylan), I’ve listened to his books, and think he’s top (very cool with the younger generation).

I hear that one, Heidegger. You are right, for my personal therapeutic technique, I take up running and these gnostic gospel explanations from Marshall calms me down, (I listen with a glass of milk). Running takes me out of my mind (sense of freedom) and Marshall fills it with Enlightened thoughts, what’s not to love.

@You_R_What_U_Is Apologies- past my bedtime: a trance can also be seen as metanoia and the awareness of the Holy spirit, from a simple hesycasm, if we want to follow the laws of religion (which work alongside universal laws).
