I’m with 5 of my colleagues this morning in Perth CBD, one by one they’re being led into a meeting to be notified of there penalty for refusing the jab 2 1/2 years ago. 2 have been told they’re being dismissed already.

Today is my 2 year anniversary of being stood down for not getting jabbed 💉 A few of us remain on the payroll yet are not back at work despite the mandates being dropped in June 2022. We patiently wait for the WA Court of Appeal to consider its decision about the jab mandates.

5 of my police colleagues were also given their penalties today raising recently sacked unjabbed cops to 11 with just 1 to go (me). The overall total of @WA_Police officers and staff who were sacked or resigned prior to dismissal for not getting jabbed sits around 35-40.

I've just learned the @WA_Police dismissed a further 3 public servants (police staff) on 15 May for not taking the covid jabs in December 2021. They were notified by email, one received an accompanying phone call. The jab mandate ended on 9 June 2022.

Once it is done, the total number of police and staff dismissed will be about 36 or more since the mandates began in Dec 2021, enough fill a suburban police station, with many more resigning before or during the process. The mandates for police ended in June 2022. About 6 police
