Don't de without reading Middlemarch. It's not worth it. Every time I recommend it (to people who don't usually read novels) I get such insane messages. People are just blown away.

It’s a niche concern but I do believe that Latin is direct access to some of the greatest writing and thought there is. Life is trade-offs but is the saving worth the loss ? - for me it’s a num question.
