This is going to be a long one, but I think this is one of my most important Tweets since I joined this platform 3 years ago. I work in the sports betting space, but I like to think I'm more than a sports bettor. I will always use my platform to promote taking care of your mental health, kindness and compassion to others. So I want to take a second to say thank you. Thank you, to every single one of you that takes time out of your day to interact and help me find a little extra joy in my day-to-day life. I have met people on this weird little app who will be at my wedding one day.... if I ever get married LOL. In a space and on a platform that is known for it's toxicity, clout chasing, putting down others, and deceit, we have somehow created what I believe is one of the coolest, kindest, and most fun caring communities out there. I would have quit this sports betting and content creation thing years ago if not for all of you supporting me, and encouraging me to move forward. I am constantly battling with anxiety, depression and imposter syndrome. I'm just a random dude who used to bet on Japanese soccer via Reddit and now I'm on shows and networks that people can watch me just while watching TV?? That will never not be mind blowing to me! Y'all have allowed me to chase dreams that always seemed lightyears away to me. With all this being said - you all deserve the best, because you are the best. My bets this week have been far from that. As much as I want to lick my wounds and pretend this week didn't happen, you have given me a platform to not be ashamed or hide from the bad times. This was my worst betting week ever. Full Stop. I dropped 21 units in a 7 day period. -21u. Time after time I found bets that I "Loved" just to watch them miss, and frankly, some of them miss by a landslide. I know that the next good day people probably would have forgotten about the cold streak, but I don't want to forget moments like this. I want to normalize the fact that we are all human. We all fail, and that's okay. The world, sports betting, everything can be tough, and sometimes it's okay, to not be okay. Win or lose I will always do what I can to fight along side y'all. Thank you again for being apart of this community. We're a team dammit and just like you're always here for me, I want to be here for you!
