What is OPL 245?. OPL 245 (Oil Prospecting License 245) covers a defined deep-water offshore area approximately 150 km off the Niger Delta. In essence, the holder of this government-issued license has exclusive rights to exploit the crude oil in the area. Now, President Tinubu.

That POS operator can now feed his children. If there's anything I'm happy for in the finance space is that banks decided to divest away from ATMs to reduce costs and empower Nigerians as POS Operators. Making naira notes a commodity has a positive effect on its value.
I tweeted this out of frustration today. Went to the gas station, fill up was going to be like 45k. Fuel station said pos is not working and they don’t collect transfer only cash. A POS vendor was waiting there to collect about N600 on my 45k 😂. Needless to say I left there.
