@BillLord2 @expensivecare @TimAndroos I think both Bill. Achieving consensus on what serves our trauma patient's best is a bit of a yo-yo affair! My personal opinion is that we continue to chase the procedural marginal gains, whereas maximal gains are far more likely to be found in systems improvement.
