@monster_invest @CPSellsOptions Also just to add, if you keep any sort of trade journal, you can cut and paste it into ChatGpt, it will analysis your trade history, give you ways to trade better etc, your strengths / weakness etc.

It will change your life… Saves hours of research… Be specific with it, ask it how it arrived and support levels etc. I make sure it only uses high timeframes Daily/weekly levels. Once you critique it remembers next time, so initially you might spend 5-15 min making sure it knows your strategy. Mine knows I like 2-5 week options so gives me advice setting strike prices inline with that. Have fun!

We need an audit to see where this money is going, I think most Australian don’t mind trying help and bridge the gap… But to the average guy in the street, it looks like this money gets chewed up by top heavy, high salaried NGOs, it’s clear that money is not going where it needs to be.

You are looking at the issue one dimensionally. It’s a multi dimensional problem. 10,000 people a week coming to live and/or study in Australia, lack of rezoning in areas that should have been rezoned years ago to allow for higher density living, NIMBY’s who fight every development, plus the annoying environmental green tape and stamp duty. It’s a supply and demand issue.
