hard to understate just how talented nicki is, unbelievably satisfying to watch him play.slug & chu are great in their own right but Nicki's neutral and gameplan are one of a kind.if all you can think about him is to complain about grabs you are not looking at the screen.

The Khrupsmash (found by Khryke). Normally ics can chaingrab sheik to ~65, then risk a handoff/dthrow dair and try to get a kill, or send sheik off stage. Instead, ics can finish their last grab by having charge nana usmash cover di in/up while popo covers di out with a true grab

Melee MU charts are so funny because ics peach is always cited as the worst relevant mu and no ics ever beat good peaches and everyone calls it a braindead mu and just fc fair -> whatever, yet we make this “very clear” by labeling it a humble 70-30.

My biggest melee gripe is the semi common occurrence where people will say they’ve been entering for like a year and happen to leave out they also played another smash game for a year and played with friends alone for 2 years before entering as if they magically became good quick.
