@KatieAiles @darsnowdenw @Process_Pro Someone gave me The Honesty Room on a cassette (backed with Ladies of the Canyon!) and life has never been the same! She has always brought me words I’ve needed. Grateful to have seen her live twice in the UK. “That year February was so long that it lasted into March” saved me.

@waitrose And what care do you take of your more vulnerable customers in this situation? Order 35 minutes late - but risk is that there’s nobody there to take it in and put it away. I realise unforeseens occur but care needs must be planned I’m afraid. Not everyone has a safety net.
