@ABQSatellite That article was from almost two months ago. Things have changed and tide has turned against Lively. Keep ups

@MilaLovesJoe You should really fact check before posting this. Posting it without verifying it is reckless and wrong

@HuckleDale @historyrock_ Really? Amazing! She must have some great - or weird -stories. I interviewed Myra Lewis who married him when she was 13. She's a tough cookie now but it's shocking to think he did that now.

@HuckleDale @historyrock_ Then there was his cousin Mickey Gilley, whose voice is so much like Jerry Lee's.

@HuckleDale @historyrock_ Yes my late mother always enjoyed hearing this story right up until she died in her late 90s- especially about Jerry Lee yelling he didn't "have no goddamn pants on."

@HuckleDale @historyrock_ After Jerry Lee screamed at us, my editor (for Life magazine) and I went and sat in lobby bar at Peabody to calm down. Wouldn't you know it: Jerry Lee showed up to meet with us 15 minutes later. He'd only had a few sips of booze when he asked us if we were virgins!!! 😂😂

@HuckleDale @historyrock_ One seldom hears about his good side. After he failed to show up for our interview at Peabody Hotel in Memphis, my editor and I went and knocked on his hotel room door. He yelled," I don't got no goddam pants on!" He was so scary we ran down the hall like 2 scared rabbits.

@wheatfrom @ingelramdecoucy I have my kindergarten photo up on my wall. This girl had deep psychological issues and family trauma and that's why she overate. True of many obese people today. It's a way to avoid dealing with inner stress and/or trauma.Conversely: my grandmother had anorexia in the 50s.

@reallytanman Lots more smokers back then and boozers in the 60s and 70s. Not many adults exercised. This is a nonsensical myth that they were healthier then.
