You, a normie: I have no idea when to use o3-mini-high or o1. Me, a connoisseur: the o3-mini-high is really more of a sativa. Very cerebral. Gets those creative juices flowing. o1 is more of a body high. Couch locked, contemplating the universe.

Any good markets on if we're headed for a constitutional crisis? Not sure how to operationalize. "Will the Trump admin openly defy a court order?" might be a start. cc @NathanpmYoung

@JacquesThibs The post is true to the source article at least (anonymous hacker claims they did a thing. no confirmation yet.)

@eigenrobot I think we should incentivize good research and avoid the urge to try and harness the juggernaut to our ends.

I will totally go to bat for these. β’ This is a photoshop. The actual product, which I own, has 22 outlets, which still seems to scare people, but let's look at the numbers. β’ A normal 15 amp house circuit can supply about 1400 watts continuously. β’ Modern electronics are really low wattage! Phones draw maybe 30 watts when in "fast charging" mode. Even lamps these days are only like 15 watts thanks to LEDs. All 22 could be drawing on average 60 watts and you'd be fine. β’ It's pretty hard to actually fill every plug because of chunky adapters, so it's unlikely you'll be using all 22 outlets. β’ Power strips usually have a built-in resettable fuse. If you do overload it, it should trip. This actually makes it safer than an extension cord, which does not have a fuse (at least in the US they don't). So, I'm not saying you can't overload it. Obviously a space heater and 21 blenders isn't a good idea, but even if you attempted that it should just trip the fuse. What I'm am saying is that having one of these at your desk so you can plug in your computer, screen, dock, phone, smart mug, tablet, and lamp is super convenient, and still likely way under the 1400 watt limit. If you're really worried, you can buy a watt meter off amazon for like $10 and measure how close you are to 1400 watts.
