@CourtTV Strategically, if I was the prosecutor, I would reconsider allowing this subpar expert on the stand. Easier to cross examine a subpar expert that you can reduce to rubble rather than deal with an excellent expert. She’s horrible but that just means it could be beneficial to MA.
