@timothyferres Unfortunately, the BBT proposals mentioned in the article did not progress. The Trust is not currently directly involved in any work at Floral Hall, and the building remains in the ownership of @belfastcc

Carlisle Memorial will host a festive treat with the Bradley Collective Christmas Market, 1pm-7pm, on December 15th. It combines art, crafts, food, fashion and music. And it will give you another opportunity to see the building’s pillars decorated by local school pupils.

‘This Do’, returns to Carlisle Memorial this weekend as part of this. Created by Ali Fell, the work explores the link between places and memories. Open Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th November, 12pm-8pm daily, it features a soundscape created by our Creative Belfast Intern, Conall.

Our Archive Storytelling Intern, Emily, has uncovered lots of details about the former Carlisle Memorial church. We’ve been sharing some stories about it and BBT in local schools. Students also made decorations for school garlands, to dress the building over the festive season.
