I believe that Jesus is the promised Messiah, the Son of God, come in the flesh, and that God sent him so that through his birth, life, ministry, death, and resurrection people can be reconciled to God and saved.

@ByHisGlory5 @DrFrankTurek there is no trinity in the bible. it is a pagan/philosophy influenced addition to the faith. No one in the bible was "trinitarian" and to think so is ridiculous.

1. Pre-existence (if that is what is being said here) does not = "God Almighty." 2. * form of God (see also "Image" of God). This verse contrasts Jesus, the 2nd Adam to the 1st Adam who did see equality with God a thing to be grasped, (literally, he grasped the fruit and ate it) Also that wouldn't explain why God would have a God? Do you believe Jesus was still God while he was human? Or do you believe he was and is a man?

The Word was God. Jesus embodied the word of God perfectly. Also don't overlook verse 18 where Jesus is described as "the only begotten God" And also John 17:3 where Jesus himself says the Father is "the only true God" And let's not forget the most important key to the book of John! John himself tells us the purpose of his Gospel at John 20:31. It's not so we would believe Jesus is God Almighty, but rather "that we would believe Jesus is the Messiah, the son of God". Also: Jesus has a God He has a mother He died Jesus didn't know everything. All of Jesus' power and authority was given to him. These things are not possible if Jesus is "God Almighty" or "a co-equal part of a multi-people godhead."

Isaac Newton was an incredible scientist and a brilliant man. He was right about so many things, Including this: "Isaac Newton, a fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge, rejected the doctrine of the Trinity as defined by the Christian church. He believed the Trinity was a pagan corruption of the early Christian church and a form of polytheism."

You have read John 17:20-23 correct? Just in case here it is: 20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that THEY MAY ALL BE ONE, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that THEY MAY ALSO BE ONE IN Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, THAT THEY MAY BE ONE JUST AS WE ARE ONE: I IN THEM, AND YOU IN ME; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me. Are all believers also part of the trinity? I mean the multi-unity? He is using THE EXACT SAME LANGUAGE HERE.

I don't. I believe Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the Living God and that he was sent by the Only True God. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, did miracles, signs and wonders through Jesus, raised Jesus from the dead, and made Jesus Lord and Messiah granting him all authority.

Lee. This is getting very old. Are all believers also part of the trinity? I mean the multi-unity? He is using THE EXACT SAME LANGUAGE HERE. The part that confuses me me is that you already know all this and keep repetitively posting the same things over and over again. I think you and I should agree to disagree. As I've said many time before. It's a waste of time to point out the same things to you over and over again.

Lee. If Jesus wanted people to know he was God Almighty, why wouldn't HE JUST SAY HE IS GOD ALMIGHTY? This is my biggest question for you people. Why does he never, ever say it? Was it a secret? Or is the more logical explanation that the Father is the only true God, who sent his Son Jesus? As Jesus himself says.
