- you can grow in any medium if you let yourself
- I don’t have the space, air flow, etc. to set up for certain kinds of traditional art
- supplies can be costly and wasting them for whimsy and mistakes gives me anxiety 🤷
drawing entirely with digital mediums is harmful and prevents growth and whimsy. you can throw away your mistakes with a button press and lose all of your doodles and sketches on hidden layers to never see again. keeping a sketchbook forces you to confront your mistakes and learn
