This was without doubt the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever seen in boxing. All for a guy who’s never put a card on in Nevada, at a fight in California. Unbelievable groveling.
Why do people act like ‘Money’ Mayweather got on his bike every fight, yes he was extremely good defensively but he was doing it from the pocket, countering in exchanges and had his own offense. Some of these comparisons are wild.
To add, I wish these dudes were half as entertaining in the ring as ‘Money’ Mayweather, nevermind ‘Pretty Boy’. This is the guy they try to tell you was boring. Canelo fight not even in this clip either.

Jermall Charlo has every punch in the book and power in both hands, looking forward to seeing if he can get his offense going against Canelo if it’s next.
I’ve seen enough: Terence Crawford is not capable of negotiating a fight of this magnitude, go get some representation. Dude thinks he and Errol should fight in the UK to earn more money rather than Vegas as was proposed by Spence’s team 🥴
Remember when BJS was posting about Barry McGuigan’s deceased daughter because he was one of the only people in boxing who dared speak out against DK and Billy Joe stans in the media were defending him, gosh that was gross.
That Boxingscene article alleges that Turki/‘Riyadh Season’:
- Gave WBC $2M and WBA $1.5M
- Retaliated against Boxrec after they refused to sell
- Had boxing articles/vids they didn’t like scrubbed from the internet
- In the midst of buying The Ring to control rankings
Thurman and Crawford's last four fights:
Pacquiao Kavaliauskas
Josesito Khan
Danny Garcia Jose Benavidez
Porter Horn
Boxing fans have a funny way of deciding who wants to fight the best.
It’s weird how people think Pacquaio and Canelo still proving how great they are somehow means they will surpass Mayweather. Unless they have a time machine to correct how he beat them it’s not gonna happen.
Tszyu “doesn’t understand”, Tank needs to “get smart”, Canelo needs to take his offers “if he’s smart”, wanted to “make (Inoue) come to us, make him do fights in Saudi Arabia”.
This egomaniac has a pattern whenever someone has other options and is able to be independent of him.
It’s baffling how UFC guys who have been in major events are having to box (and lose) to boxing novices at the tail end of their careers for a real pay day and instead of that being the conversation it’s about how boxing is dead.
The Tank vs Cruz gate did a little over $3.7 million in the final event at the ‘Staples Center’, making it one of the biggest boxing gates recorded there.
Shakur points to a Mayweather performance. It is true sometimes you can have a bad night.
Let’s see how he comes back. 🫡

UFC’s debut on ABC and return to network television in January averaged 1.22 million.
Caleb Plant just kicked off boxing on Fox for 2021 averaging 1.608 million.
I’m sure we’d be hearing how boxing is dead if it was the other way round.
Ryan walked away from a Tank fight to pursue a Pacquiao exhibition in some guys backyard followed by not fighting for a year and somehow Tank and team get blamed for the fight not happening. This is not a serious discussion some are having.
Max Kellerman was boasting about Top Rank having the largest annual budget in boxing on the traditional networks ($90m annually) but they can’t afford any opponents for Crawford in a glamor division?
Fury’s title defenses:
June 24, 2016 - Pulls out with an ankle injury for the Klitschko rematch on July 9
September 24, 2016 - Pulls out of October 29 Klitschko rematch again, declared ‘medically unfit’
July 8, 2021 - Covid story comes out about the July 24 Wilder fight
This offer is funny, looking back after Tank just took home the majority of a PPV that did over 1million buys at $85….$10m and a “ppv bonus to be agreed” 😂 Eddie was trying to offer some UFC screw deal for the biggest fight in boxing.
Wow, disgraced Ring Magazine writer and IBHOF voter Michael Montero says “THEY” brought in Helenius because “demographically” Wilder fans “want to see a certain thing” and that Helenius “made a deal with himself” to get knocked out and so the business was happy with the “script”.
Canelo saying Tank is one of his favorite boxers to watch isn’t surprising, he’s been saying it for a couple years now. A lot of boxers say it in interviews I’ve seen, just a weird narrative that’s formed amongst certain media types and twitter boxing that discounts his skills.
Canelo spoke on the PBC podcast about meeting with Haymon to negotiate his new deal. He said he visited him in his city to get to know him as a person and he “really like it…great person, great businessman…I really like Al Haymon and I’m happy to be here”.
Tank’s last 4 gates in 4 different cities:
v Barrios - $4.5m Atlanta
v Cruz - $3.5m Los Angeles
v Rolly - $4.5m Brooklyn
v H. Garcia - >$5m D.C.

Floyd was 36 schooling a younger, undefeated lion & helluva competitor in Canelo. When Bhop was 36 he beat the prime power punching Tito, also undefeated. When Salido was 35 & driving Uber he beat an Olympian by the name of Loma. Now Loma’s 36 and he’s “not in the mood” for Tank.
So apparently Canelo has lawyered up against GBP after they guaranteed DAZN a third GGG fight and GGG has lawyered up against DAZN as they guaranteed him a third Canelo fight. Now that's something you hate to see.
Nobody even tried putting out any UFC PPV numbers last week, Canelo - Plant likely trounced it at the gate and in buys. Maybe next time they clash boxing people shouldn't talk about how bad it is for boxing.
“The Showtime-televised event grossed $2.2 million, according to Showtime Sports president......Espinoza expected a crowd of about 11,000 but it finished just over 14,000.”

It’s pretty damn funny that Daniel Kinahan recorded a 3 hour interview in order to tell ‘his side of the story’ and prove he has nothing to hide, only for it never to get uploaded for ‘legal reasons’.
Tank was one of the major reasons Amazon Prime got into boxing in the US, this was their big launch after a couple events to get acclimated. Expect a busy schedule through the fall, much to the dismay of some

Biggest loser last night has to be DAZN, did all that to be involved selling the PPV and just had a bunch of angry people who couldn’t watch the fight on there. Then people wonder why Showtime didn’t want to do an actual joint PPV with them, amateur hour.
Mayweather - Mcgregor sold over 4 million PPV’s and it aired on regular showtime the following Saturday, a regular occurrence with all HBO and Showtime PPVs. Wtf do people be talking about?
Needs someone with vision & access to enough funds to literally buy all the main players out & start a new business. Like the UFC.
Fuck belts/sanctioning bodies & everyone that wants to be signed to this new outfit automatically agrees to 365 days a year Olympic style testing👇
Danny Garcia is still getting criticized for that Salka fight and being overpaid. GGG just brutally knocked out Steve Rolls for 15 million bucks and he’ll be treated like a god by the same people.
BLK Prime really saw that video of Paulie Malignaggi laughing at George Floyd being murdered and said ‘that’s the guy we want to commentate our first big boxing card’.
