This is spot on. As an ultrasound tech for 50 yrs, we would always do a scan after a miscarriage to check for POC (product of conception), if found they go straight in for D&C medical term for abortion. 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage so imagine how many lives are at risk.
