I applaud the 2023 SONA for including so many initiatives that were part of the Robredo platform. From a focus on renewable energy to overseas work as a choice to new jobs in the blue and green economy. Seriously and sincerely, good ideas being implemented is good for all of us.

VP Duterte started with 433 security personnel, over 4x that of VP Leni who only had 108 in 2016.
433 less 75 is still over 350 soldiers. In contrast, VP Leni's detail was reduced to just 83 by 2020.

VP Leni was tested yesterday before her Bicol trip and was negative for Covid. But a security officer on her team tested positive. She will be retested after a week in quarantine, but is asymptomatic and is supervising all OVP operations. She thanks everyone for their concern.
