Piers talking sense for once.
All I’m thinking as I watch this, is that I’d love to see @elonmusk unleashed on the NHS in the UK… he’d save billions and make it work properly again. Government needs big brain wrecking balls to fix stuff that’s broken - not meek mediocre minnows.

We need a DOGE in the UK now. Instead of raising taxes we need to find out where all the money is really going and stop it.
