Used AWS recently and the developer experience for beginners is horrifying. My motivation was to learn, knowing it's an industry standard.
Doesn't feel like it's built with a beginner persona in mind (perhaps on purpose?), nor with the customer-obsessed Amazon mindset.
why is there no average user experience with developer companies? either they crush it or I can't figure out how to update a single setting. you're either a stripe or an aws.

Potential addition that I learned at Cloudflare: Having a section devoted to non-goals, more specifically (1) out of scope and (2) persistent non-goals.
Clarifying both separately has raised important a-ha moments while being remote.
