I feel like the entire point of this scene is that it didn't matter who the "real" hero is, Himmel is the one who defeated the Demon King.
I think it shows that destiny or fate isn't something pre-written but something that we make for ourselves.

Ultraman Rising is... just amazing. Such a genuine and heartfelt story packaged in a movie with gorgeous visuals. It's a film overflowing with love and care put into it you can't help but be captivated by it.
