@JioCare Check with your Nodal Officer regarding my last complaint. It was already promised to do the adjustment. You guys cannot back out now after not giving me a working connection for more then a month. I can take this to Consumer Forum if required.

@JioCare I need a confirmation that the October Bill will not be generated and that will be adjusted towards the entire month my connection did not work. Once I get your confirmation I will pay this months Bill.

@JioCare Dipesh your connection might be working now but you still haven't adjusted the days it has not worked. For more then a month my complaint was open and being worked on. When do I get the resolution for that?

@JioCare Check with your Nodal Officer on my last complaint as she has committed to extend my connection by the number of days it wasn't working.

@JioCare And in Run Diagnostics it shows everything works fine even when it isn't working. So how am I supposed to raise a fresh complaint. Even the inside home connectivity & outside connectivity shows Status Unknown. But still it shows connection working fine.

@JioCare That's not what you aim for but unfortunately that's what you are delivering. Can u tell me why my package has not been extended for the entire period that I have not had proper service and why have I been billed for this month?

@JioCare Dear Sneha, for almost 2 months now I have been constantly complaining about the Speed Issues and the Frequent Disconnection Issues and still it has not been completely rectified. Every night the connection goes down and I get a No Internet alert.
