My grandparents died within 7 mo of each other and my 7th grade teacher didn't let me go to my grandfather's funeral bc I was just coming back to school from the last year's trauma. I cried the whole 2 weeks my mom was gone. 2 weeks later, teacher's cat died. Poetic justice.

Same here, I've had to take Hep A and Hep B vaccines multiple times because my body didnt produce the antibodies, and I've had cancer 3 times so... please think of those who would still be affected.

I agree with the statement we're not getting rich watching kids. My classroom is 7 kids to 1 teacher, each parent pays $2400/mo per student, most of my students have siblings, and I make $20/hr. My daycare is getting hella profit, it's not going to the workers lmao.

I've had Crohn's disease for the last 11 years. Similar to IBS, but it's not just that my gut is leaky or overactive. More like the wrong food or stimuli makes my immune system freak out and attack my organs. Lots of inflammation, bloating, inability to eat foods, nausea, pain.
