What I have been saying for over a year.
Young employees would suffer from WFH that would limit their options to learn and grow. Staying at their village might help them do the job for their company and not much more.
Young folks in India are happy working from their native home & saving cost of rent and getting home food.
This is a fantastic short term benefit but the cost of this is very high.
