If it just happened: 1. Get away from the keyboard as fast as possible, last thing you need are emotions spilling all over social media. 2. Go out for a walk, maybe grab a beer, chill 3. Prepare for my talk to HR 4. After all that is done, take a month or two to think about life 5. Start making progress towards my new goals, whether is founding a business or applying for jobs. I believe that you need the time and space, and doing things in a rush would only make things worse.
