"KOLs love your project... until the money stops. Then they've never heard of it." — so true That’s why building real relationships with KOLs makes everything so much easier. When you work at a CEX, you don’t just deal with a handful of them like projects do—you’re partnering with hundreds, all with their own special deals. And honestly keeping up with all of them can be overwhelming sometimes One day, we noticed that the KOLs the BD team genuinely "befriended," spoke with almost daily, and actively helped with their issues were the ones achieving the best results Turns out, money gets their attention but relationships keep them engaged great article :)

@ProofofIntern this was not my shortest reply
Let me show you how true this is with my numbers I’m kinda exposing my age here but i had a big Tumblr account back in the day. Since then, i never really cared about my social media accounts. In november, i decided to pay more attention on my X and started writing things (mostly long-form) and talking to people i really like. My account was basically dead when I started 3 months later, here we are: I’ve met some amazing people and had the chance to help many along the way. Basically i rediscovered my purpose for using social media. It also gave me more experience in marketing - because if you can't market yourself you can't market anything A little tip: if you start treating yourself like a brand and regularly analyzing your progress, it’ll have a huge impact on your professional growth too.
