@vivekt17 They are Indian citizens (adult or child) stuck in a war zone or mass deported from a foreign land, it is Indian government's duty to help them and support their safe return to their country. My reference is about use of the term bacche for adults by non-parents.

Bacche बच्चे (kids) I have been hearing the word बच्चे bacche to refer to "adult students" by university teachers in India, later I have seen even Indian university students referring to themselves as बच्चे bacche as in ham log yahān 300 bacche hain. (We are 300 kids here). 1/2

@ArgumnttvIndian True, but it sounds like an oxymoron. Imagine if a 10 year old kid asks for a hug to a female celebrity, he gets one but put the 25 year old 'big balled' college-kid in the same situation, you get a meh 😾.
