I think a fair standard should apply, the child though obnoxious, did not get physical at least not in the video. The man could have replied with insults in return and continued walking away. Also in his response he clearly went too far.

I just don’t see it as a big deal, club cards are free right? I can see not wanting to get one based on privacy, not wanting an enterprise having your details. Other than that, it isn’t really an issue.
