@KaneEmerson As if it would look like that picture! It’d be sprawling red brick estates of cramped car dependent noddy houses marooned in oceans of tarmac with no trees, no trams and none of the cafes hinted at in the illustration. If you must build do it in swampy Cambs not beauteous Oxon.
