As far as I can tell, the utilities have not taken my interest in these issues seriously, despite the fact I’ve been raising them for (checks watch) damn near 4 months (or like 5 years depending on how you count). Hard as it may be to believe, at the heart of it, I care about advocating for the public interest. It’s that simple.
