Today I failed to get out of bed, feed myself, show up for work or to even read a book. Depression sometimes shows up and shows off but I have been on this road long enough to know it will get better. Tomorrow I might be able to just feed myself and that will be a big enough win.

There is anxiety, OCD, Bipolar, PTSD, Anorexia, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality disorder, Addictions and others.
