It’s so easy to make good Alfredo at home!
1 stick of butter, melt, add garlic (measure with your 🤍) simmer 1 min or until garlic fragrant.
2 c. Heavy cream and about a cup of Parmesan, salt and pepper (optional Italian herbs) to taste simmer low 15 ish mins until thickened
