1.Never brush your teeth before or after a session. Doing so creates small cuts in your gums, allowing bacteria to get in. Avoid brushing a few hours before and after a session. Use mouthwash if you need for that fresh feel.

8.Find a trusted doctor. It can be embarrassing, but having a trusted medical professional is important. My doctor knows about my kink, and he has kept me healthy when all else fails. Shit goes wrong. Know when to get to a doctor.

6. “You are what you eat” - if your feeder is unhealthy, or they are taking harsh medicines, antibiotics, or on illegal drugs - that can filter into you via shit. Try to always choose healthy feeders. Especially if you are medicine or drug sensative.

3.Try not to eat on an empty stomach. If you plan to get fed, eat a small piece of toast or something carb loaded prior. You don’t need to fill up, just enough to help mix with the shit in your stomach for digestion. I suggest eating something small again after too.

2.Before a session, I always recommend taking pepto. It coats the stomach and helps process the shit. This is a critical step. Avoid Imodium, as it will back you up. You want to digest and process shit safely.

7. Anti-bacterial soap is great for washing off after. If the smell can’t be removed, try adding in something acidic (like lemon juice or grapefruit juice). It can help cut the smell off you. When in doubt, use heavily scented lotion after.

5.If you’re a new eater and/or do not eat often, diarrhea should probably be avoided. As your stomach grows used to nastier loads, this will be easier. Unhealthy shit will always be the hardest to process.

Outstanding advice. If I had to add a few more:
1. I take a swig of pepto before a feeding
2. Don’t brush your teeth for 1 hour before or after a session, to avoid small cuts in your mouth that could get infected.
3. Citrus based body washes are great to remove smell 😜

Consistent practice. If you don’t find feeders you’re into, toss on a blindfold and still do it. I eat probably 3-5times a week to stay trained. A patient dom who is willing to train you is equally important. A good dom won’t expect you to be a pro right out the gate.

Chewing is a sign of respect, in my opinion. Savoring the shit is also a great way to get used to it and be able to eat more. However, when you’re starting off, do whatever is best for you to get it down. Swallowing is priority. So, swallow fast if you have to.
