@Eatclub_ made a scheduled order, but their app shows two very different timings, placed an order for 12:30pm to 1:00pm, they changed it to 11:30pm. Reached out for help but have received none yet.

@AmericanAir arrived at RDU on 08/10 but my bag did not. Came from BOM->BAH->LHR->RDU with @GulfAir and last leg was operated by AA. Filed a claim at the BSO but they delivered the wrong bag to my house. I sent that bag back to BSO. What to do now? No one is picking up my phone.
