The whole @perplexity_ai thing is giving me the same feeling. I’ve never felt anything like this before. Kind of cool, I think, but also disgusting.

On a funny note. I waited six months for a neurologist appointment and by the time I got in, I had a different problem than the one I was originally referred for 🫠

My friends couldn’t get an appointment. For serious procedures, the waitlist was months/years long, making survival a gamble. So they went back to Iran, where tyranny and the death penalty exist! Even execution felt like a safer bet than waiting for medical care in Europe.

👅 I can’t eat octopus anymore 🐙 Today, seeing 50% off octopus parts on a shelf, I felt pretty uneasy. I’ve eaten it only a few times in my life, but the more I learn about them, the more I see them as beings with their own value, not just food or a dish. I’m not vegetarian, nor am I actively trying to change my diet, but knowledge has a way of quietly transforming us. It reshapes habits without effort. First, you seek knowledge, and then it shapes you, often for the better, I’m glad I’ve reached this point with octopuses. I hope it lasts!
