We recently experienced some downtime which caused users to have trouble logging in and using the app 📱⛔️

Friday, we've arrived 💸 FREE FEES 💸 is now LIVE until midnight tonight (25 October GMT) on all orders over £30 GBP. This may have started late for a few users so slide in our DM’s if you were charged a fee between 8am and 9.15am 🤑

If you're waiting on a payment from a sale via Depop Payments you'll need to ensure you have a linked valid bank account and have verified your Depop Payments account by providing your ID at sign-up.

Thanks again for your patience during the downtime last week. We experienced a problem with an infrastructure upgrade, which made our apps and web site temporarily unavailable. We're currently reviewing the incident to guard against similar outages in the future.
Passwords for some of our users would have expired today, causing an account log out and inability to use the existing password. If this happened to you and you can't reset your password for some reason, go to: for instructions, or to submit a report.

Hey there - don't worry, you'll never have to refund an item that wasn't returned, unless it is specifically against our TOS. The best next step would be to suggest to the buyer to raise a dispute with us and we'll then reach out via email to advise the next steps.
Some users are experiencing issues viewing our USPS Ship with Depop labels. If this is you, head to Profile > Settings > Need Help? > Technical Issues > ‘I’ve still got an issue’ > Include your tracking number if possible > ‘Send Report.’ We'll be in touch ASAP with next steps.

Hey, if you wish to switch the PayPal account that is linked to your Depop, simply head to Settings > Preferences > PayPal > “Disconnect” and then log into the PayPal account you'd prefer to use. ✨
