Stop Wasting Money on Unnecessary Supplements! Did you know that taking supplements without a proper blood test can be dangerous? Many people take iron, vitamin D, or B12 without knowing if they actually need them. This can lead to toxicity, nutrient imbalances, and even worsen health conditions! Before buying any supplement, get a blood test to check your nutrient levels. Your body may not even need what you're taking! Instead of self-medicating, consult a dietitian for a proper assessment. At Askddietitian, we provide expert nutrition counseling, meal planning, and personalized supplement guidance to help you meet your health goals safely. 📩 Need help? Send us a DM or call 08022876235 🌍 Visit for consultations #NutritionFacts #Supplements #HealthyLiving #WellnessTips #BloodTest #Nutritionist #Dietitian #PCOSNutrition #DiabetesCare #Hypertension #HealthyEating #NutrientDeficiency #IronOverload #VitaminDTips #WeightLossJourney #GutHealth #ImmuneBoost #BalancedDiet #Askddietitian #EatSmart #HealthMatters

Before you start carnivore diet in Nigeria…… … remember 1 kilo of turkey is 7000 naira and 1 kilo of Titus is 5000 naira …. Butter is 7000 naira…. Any diet that will make sure you use 80 percent of your salary to cover the expenses and tells you to cut of a whole food group is not a good diet…. 😊😊😊😊😊. You are better off eating a varied diet e.g 1-2 cups rice , 2 cups veggies and some protein … rather than just protein. Information brought to you by my love for you
