So sorry to read of your father’s sad passing Bobby, always a terrible moment in our lives. My thoughts are with you and your family. Take care.
My father was a wonderful man, who spent his life fighting for brummies, supporting his family and was my hero growing up. The city is worse off with his passing. People like Dad are simply too rare in the world.

Hi John, good to see you Thursday & great that you were able to be in the public gallery. I do know that every conservatives who gave their apologies have backed the decision to change. Accepting that the Labour Gov wants to delay the May 25 elections to elect to the new Councils
@askcolinnoble Colin, what is concerning was the number of absences: 17 in total, 13 of them from the Conservative administration. Were many of them equally unhappy with the request to cancel elections and conveniently avoided having to vote for something they didn’t like?

So what on earth would be the point of an election that costs £1m to stage in Suffolk to then have another a year later to the new council or councils. Far, far better to save that money and spend it on delivering the services the people Suffolk tell us they want.
@askcolinnoble Unfortunately we have lost our fundamental right to hold those elected to account at the ballot box in May. @suffolkcc councillors have made them selfs unaccountable to the electorate and the untouchables. There’s a good film with the same name shown below 👇
