my old gym (my first) had a little daycare/childcare room in it. I was also so inspired seeing a pregnant mom workout consistently before/after baby
as a parent, a gym with childcare is so OP before kids, hitting the gym was pretty tiring, took discipline & 'activation energy' now, dropping the toddler off for an hour to lift weights & have a shower is a deeply relaxing & highly-anticipated activity in my life

I made a friend today. She kept her arm wrapped around mine like my grandma would and gave me the warmest fruit shopping experience. She told me stories about her life and listened to mine with so much enthusiasm. The human connection is truly universal.
