Recently watched the Longevity by @nikhilkamathcio. I can say i finally understand Dont Die by @bryan_johnson. According to Bryan, Don't Die philosophy is something that almost everyone agrees on. But after discussing it with a few friends, i found out it might not be the case. Maybe for just arguments sake, there might be a lot of people who might put nationalism, power, freedom before dont die.

I had to come all the way to Pioneer Park to try @Blinkit Bistro and ended up ordering 10 different items! It felt like a big risk since I had earlier tried other 10-minute food delivery services and all of them were pretty average, but Blinkit completely blew my mind. The food quality is better than 95% of the restaurants on Zomato. My favorite dishes hands down were the croissant sandwiches and strawberry with chocolate. Everything was good, and they delivered in 20 minutes. After discussing with my friend, we realized that Bistro isn't just pre-heating food but actually completing the last 2-3 steps of cooking in their kitchen. I know such a model will take time to scale up, but I'm pretty sure most of my food orders will shift to Bistro once it starts delivering in my area.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ best pre concert snacking!
