It’s alright to own different types of investments. 80% of my portfolio is invested in growth stocks - the stocks that don’t pay dividends, but tend to grow faster than the average stock market. I’m young and will live to see multiple stock market crashes.

Yep…EPR Properties is a REIT that invest in entertainment properties like Top Golf and pays out 7% per year to all their investors?
…and it’s less than $50 per share!

She does EVER have to learn about money, bills, credit, etc after it’s too late. went through that, so that she didn’t have to. I learned. I lost and I made mistakes so that she wouldn’t. I’m not embarassed. I’m now the teacher!
