I failed in my own responsibility to ask for help with getting tomes, but no one should ever be spoken to in the way this man did to me. I was planning to quit raid prior to this because it makes me physically ill at this point, but I didn't anticipate this happening.

Also two last things to clarify, since its coming up in comments: i asked to stop raiding about 30 minutes early on thursday after we cleared p7 bc i had to work at 7am the next day. We were never intended to go 5 hours this day. The only piece i did not have was the tome ring.

Another hot take, although I think that ppl should be free to express themselves, using gore and trauma as an aesthetic isn't good for a multitude of reasons. It shows a great lack of empathy to not be able to see how it affects ppl either.
