At the recent #CES2025, the role and channels of today’s influencers were debated throughout a dynamic conversation with some of the best and most skillful #contentcreators at the show. Thanks to @briantong, @justineezarik9, @interiordesignerella and moderator Katie Melton of @shopLTK . And especially to Brian and Justine for also sharing a weekful+ of highly engaging content that delivered shrewd 360° observations from the best show floor yet (thanks to @GaryShapiro & Kinsey Fabrizio. There are #influencers everywhere, each with their own unique reputation, passion, expertise, and ability to put the spotlight on a spectrum of topics and products. But influencers are not just for beauty, fashion, fitness, travel, and food. It hit home that there are many in the semiconductor industry that are wittingly - and perhaps unwittingly -  playing an influencer role in terms of elevating the visibility of the industry and its truly powerful impact across society today. Every presentation counts. Every conversation counts. Indeed, every word counts. Efficacious influencers are the thought leaders and opinion makers amongst us that represent our industry well. Besides rockstar corporate leaders, we are fortunate to have such champion influencers such as Jodi Shelton, Ajit Manocha, and others that passionately use their platforms, whether digital, virtual, in person, or otherwise, to keep expanding the reach of the compelling semiconductor narrative, year after year. Such also include Nitin Dahad, @Chip_Insider, @Jan_TechSearch Vardaman, Shari Liss, Robert Quinn, @Françoise von Trapp, and the original hashtag HIR warrior William Chen who continues to work like a trojan every day to bring #advancedpackaging roadmaps to life - and innovations to market. As the semiconductor industry collaborates in various ways to address talent shortage concerns and to support #workforcedevelopment initiatives, we can be very mindful that our words have influence, and we can all play an influential role in one way or another.  Our collective voices and content creation will help draw the talent needed to shape the trajectory of our industry as we continue towards a $1T market. It's an exciting time. This week, #ASE Holdings Siliconware Precision Industries had the incredible opportunity to host Jensen Huang at the launch of their newest #advancedpackaging facility in Tanzi Tech Industrial Park, #Taichung. This occasion marked a major milestone in the company’s journey towards building a new era of AI innovation. #SPIL Chairman C.W. Tsai highlighted that the Tanzi facility is production ready, and specifically designed to meet the growing demand for #NVIDIA’s accelerated computing.

There was an electrifying atmosphere at the #CES2025 opening keynote delivered by @nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, who wore his huge engineering heart on the sleeve of his fancy #Vegas jacket, and announced some of their most advanced AI technologies to date. Powered by #Blackwell and #AI, he introduced new groundbreaking #GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs, designed for#gamers and #creators, to experience and deliver transformative and powerful AI experiences. Stunningly miniaturized, they are packed with power and performance, and fully loaded with #transistors, 92 billion transistors to be precise. How incredulous Walter Brattain, John Bardeen, and William Shockley, would be! These three innovators invented the first transistor in 1947, but likely never conceived the generational impact of their invention. Today, transistors form the beating heart of all modern technology, and fuel what lies ahead for global society as the AI evolution continues. Since 2021, @aseglobal's conservation efforts have mobilized 150+ divers, completed 140+ cleanups, and restored 540 coral colonies. 🌍💧 We recently created a short film to share our journey and achievements. It was a tremendous honor to host a large delegation of distinguished guests from @GobiernoJalisco at ASE’s US Headquarters in #Sunnyvale this week. Leading the contingent was Governor @EnriqueAlfaroR accompanied by Governor elect, @PabloLemusN who will move into office 2024 – 2030. Their joint presence and visit to the #SiliconValley is testament to their alignment  - and commitment to growing the semiconductor industry in Jalisco. Governor Alfaro spoke passionately about how his administration has supported and partnered with leading #semiconductor companies to build up a thriving manufacturing hub in #Guadalajara, widely known as Mexico’s Silicon Valley. One of his economic ministers, @xorendain shared his perspective on the ongoing strategic investments in technology, infrastructure, and talent to support a growing industry, while @AlfonsoPompaP, Secretary of Innovation, Science and Technology, and @JCFloresMiramon, Education Minister, deeply echoed these sentiments. Governor elect Lemus shared his excitement and vision for the next six years and beyond, while newly elected Secretary of Economic Development @soycindyblanco spoke ardently about her motivation and drive to build out the semiconductor and OSAT ecosystem, with ASE leading the way. Thank you to ASE’s Ingu Yin Chang for sharing ASE's vision and to Ou Li for sharing some personal experiences from her visits to the region, referencing the amazing #engineering talent - and fabulous food. We much appreciate the support from our sister companies, ISE Labs and USI.
