اغلبهم يفتقر لل clinical reasoning و ال assessment تبعهم ضعيف و يعتمدو بالغالب على physician request. حتى بعضهم في plan of care ما يعترفو ب Patient-centred care لذلك في الامتياز don't put high expectations لانه راح تتعب اعتمد على نفسك و محصلتك العلمية.

التعليم الذاتي ممتع و تكتشف فيه نفسك لكن يأخذ وقت لين تلم في الموضوع، تفقد لل feedback، تتجنب اي موضوع معقد 😂 لكن لما تكون عند دكتور راح يختصر عليك تعليم ذاتي حق شهور ممكن في جلسة نقاش وحدة معاه.

التخصصات النظرية اشعر انها اصعب من العلمية يعني متخيلة التعب لو بنشر موضوع في مجال الفقه مثلا 😥 ولا يمكن عشان عدم الاختصاص اشوفه عميق و متداخل لدرجة بعض الكتب احتاج أترجم الكلمات فيها🫣

-Suddenly slowing down and changing direction (cutting)
-Pivoting with your foot firmly planted. -Landing awkwardly from a jump.
