SEO is slow, but it’s working. Last week, our site hit 40 unique visitors in one day—not huge, but for a new SaaS, it’s a start. If you’ve done SEO for a startup, when did you see real traction?

We’re launching Google Ads next week to get our first sale for Curious—if you’ve run ads before, how long did it take to land your first paying customer?

@ericdjav Massive respect! 🔥 Discipline & consistency are underrated—most people quit before they see results (I did it in the past too..)

@jimmypreis Still figuring it out. 😅 Failure sucks, but I try to treat it as feedback. With every failed project, I’ve learned something that helped me do better next time. How do you personally deal with it?

@devmakarov Congrats, Ilya! 🥳 That first sale is always the hardest—but now you’ve got proof that it works. What was the product, and how did the customer find you?

@AlexSSSaint There should be instant chemistry with a co-founder—you need to be on the same wavelength. I was lucky to find mine, and it just clicked from day one. Same vision, complementary skills, and full trust.

@SeifBassam Access to tools changed everything. Before, starting a business meant high upfront costs, hiring people & dealing with logistics. Now, with no-code, AI & remote work, one person can do what used to take a team. Do you think solopreneurship is sustainable long-term?

Building a startup while working a 9-5 is like sprinting with weights on. This week, our SaaS checkout should’ve been finished—but time is the biggest bottleneck. We just couldn’t move as fast as we wanted. Any of you balancing a job & startup? How do you make it work?

@PrajwalTomar_ Solid breakdown. The real game-changer is shifting from time for money to results for money. Curious—what was the biggest challenge for you when transitioning from freelancer to agency mindset?

@robin_faraj Yes—but with way less stress. 😅 I’d double down on my SaaS, scale faster, and hire a team to handle the parts that slow us down. What about you?

@AlexSSSaint Can’t relate—thankfully 😅 Building with my co-founder makes everything easier: ✅ Split tasks ✅ Different strengths ✅ Someone to share wins, stress and experience with Wouldn’t want to do this alone. How do you handle it?

@ericdjav Disagree! Having a co-founder is a game-changer. 😉 I’m building with my co-founder, and splitting tasks + combining expertise makes everything faster and more productive. A clone works the same way you do—a co-founder brings new strengths to the table.

@adelindiac_ Love this grind! My co-founder and I are doing the same—9-5, growing on X, and building in our 'free' time. Would be cool to connect and exchange experiences. How are you managing it all?

@marcinzaremski Me and AI coding tools in a nutshell in the past.. 😂 At some point, I just give up and fix it myself—probably faster than arguing with the bot.

A 'perfect' product is useless if it never launches. Better to have a decent product with real users than a 'perfect' idea stuck in your head.

@feralcyril Funny… probably the last thing to worry about—unless you’re bored on vacation and need a side project. 😆 Nice to have, but not a game-changer. What’s your take?

@AmintoreOficial Distribution. A great product without users is worthless. A decent product with strong distribution can still win—and improve over time. What’s your take?
