I get a lot of DMs from my high school class back in 2015 about how I do what I do. I watched from the sidelines on how they celebrated every weekend wasting time. Just remember I was grinding for 7 years perfecting my craft. You have the same 24 hours as I do. Make it count. 👀

The salary you need to qualify for an “average” house which is about $400k at 7% interest rate is about $100k a year without student loan, car, or credit card debt.
Average graduate with bachelors degree is $50k a year. Isn’t that concerning!?👀
