We are proposing a restriction on the admissibilty of creative expression to ensure it is only admitted when it is, in fact, relevant. Far too much irrelevant and prejudicial 'rap evidence' is getting in at the moment. Please see our FAQ page with links in our bio

Rap and drill music is often used in court to link defendants to gang association, this is a common tactic in ‘joint enterprise’ cases, where an individual can be convicted of a crime if they intentionally assisted or encouraged someone else to commit the crime.
