@Zoomcar_India @Kashyap_patalia Host’s number is out of service and i’m right now clueless about the next steps. Your CS doesn’t respond to emails , neither you have any CS support number. I need a CONFIRMATION from the host about car’s availability

Either you ask the host to reach out to me or cancel my booking w/o any deductions as this is not an issue tying back to my miss. I’ve been waiting a reso for a long time .worst service

@Zoomcar_India @Kashyap_patalia @Zoomcar_India I tried reaching out to the host multiple times through text msg and calls but none worked. His no is out of service. I’m not sure whether I’m gonna get the car or not. Need urgent assistance on this

Twice the hosts cancelled their booking and I was allocated with a different car now. I reached to the host (latest allocated car) and got no response from them.
