@DylanShook_ @NAAAYIL Calling chests a way to unlock something is very charitable. There's a super low chance of getting a skin for someone you actually play and an even lower chance of it actually being a good skin. Chests are in no way replacing buying skins directly.

If anything they were good because the promise of free skins got more people playing and therefore spending. The feeling of being rewarded for playing is essential to having a playerbase.

And from that there's a roughly 1/170 chance of it being for any one champion and then even less for the skin to not suck ass.
