@KateBurkeNHS @alisonleary1 We used to have this in pharmacy for Technicians, what was then MTO 1 to MTO 2 (4-5 equivalent) progression 12 months post qualified if you met standard. It stopped and now our biggest Tech staff turnover is B4s leaving for B5 posts. They are made to jump thru hoops to progress.
